This event is free of charge and no ticket is required.
Around 300 primary school children will be visiting the Tonhalle for two days to meet the musicians of the Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich and put on a joint final concert. The participating pupils are preparing intensively for this. They will attend a conducting workshop and a singing workshop, and will explore the various instruments in depth, as well as having the chance to try them out. At the heart of our entire ‘Mittendrin’ project are Swiss folk songs, as they tell stories, foster a sense of identity and bring our society together.
