The closing concert of the ‘Kunterwunderbunt’ chamber music series for children is all about colours. The main character, Yvi, takes us on a journey of discovery, and together we get to know the different colours and instruments.
Whilst conductor Julia Kurzydlak directs the chamber orchestra from an island in the centre of the concert hall, the children sit on cushions amongst the musicians and the conductor, watching the action up close. In this grand celebration of colours, everyone sings and dances together – and even the precious metals gold and silver join in the festivities. Three cheers for colour and diversity!
